ORIGINS OF THE TECNOCASA TRADEMARK

The TECNOCASA trademark was born in 1979 when its founder, Oreste Pasquali, set out to develop real estate intermediation agencies in the outskirts of Milan.  An innovator in the sector, his new concept was to build up a network of street-side agencies that would increase the visibility of real estate intermediation services, bringing them into direct contact with potential clients.

FRANCHISING IN REAL ESTATE INTERMEDIATION

In 1986, the franchising formula was adopted for the 60 real estate intermediation agencies he had developed so far.  The choice of pure franchising meant foregoing the direct management of agencies and generating a clear climate of transparency for Tecnocasa’s franchisor/franchisee relationships.  This created optimal conditions for developing a fruitful synergy and better economies-of-scale for both operators and clients, whether seeking to sell, rent or buy a home.

THE TECNOCASA GROUP AND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS

The Tecnocasa Group puts a special emphasis on young people, who are naturally more at ease with the notions of modernity and flexibility.  Professional development is mostly “internal” to the organization.  The opportunity to open new real estate and credit mediator agencies is reserved for professionals who are trained and cultivated inside the group itself, because the accumulation of years of experience is considered to be an excellent quality guarantee..
